terrible toothache

my left molar is killing me... argh?!#*?^
what makes it harder is that the dentist can hardly explain stuff to me in English. it's like i'm not really sure if he was sincere when talking to me. i told him i want to save my tooth even if my purse has to bleed (again... too many expenses and another travel coming soon..ugh...). but he wants to extract the poor tooth. i havent made a decision that's why i'm living on pain killers. ooppss..

i should have visited our family dentist when i was home three months ago...
