yay! it's friday again... i can sleep late and wake up late not having to worry about the time and what clothes to wear and what to do at the office... i promise to just stay home and rest for i'll be flying monday night to khao lak and phuket. will be there for work and with colleagues (that i least like). will meet up with clients, interview GMs and the best part... i'll be joining a Thai cooking class for free... yipee! i'm excited for that!

it's raining again...

rainy days make me sad :(

just hope the sun will cheer me up tomorrow.

gloomy tuesday

dunno what got into me but i've been feeling lonely and homesick these days... i just feel so empty and i miss the familiarity of home, the people i love - my family and friends, the language and the food, even the movies and shows on the telly, just the every day hustle and bustle!

i do not really have a real close friend here. yeh, i'm friends with my former classmates in sydney and my workmates (all of them are thai and once they start talking so loud in conversations where i can only recognise a word or two...ugh! they irritate me!) and i do not know any filo here. oh yeah, one person but she's not my age.

*sigh* i probably just got bored and 'fed up' with the same things happening to me... sure, shopping is cheap, i'll be flying to phuket next week and thai food is among my favourites...but, at the end of it all, it's just me and myself again.

i might just push through with my visit at the end of the year...or else... *sigh* again!

i went to the nearby department store, Robinson's in Silom, at lunch. wanted to get a new cd holder to organise my new treasures. yep, i was able to get one and i got three thriller paperbacks too... yay! i couldn't resist as they're on sale. i wonder if the other B2S branches have discounted books too?? hmmm... think, think, think... might check it out this saturday, then!

everything is on special everywhere! it's crazy! i wanted to get new stuff (shoes, clothes, books, etc) at x% off but i don't really need anything right now.

window shopping without heaps of cash nor my debit card is way safe, eh! i reckon i might just do that before the great sale ends this month!

i finished my 3 patterson books in less than 2 weeks and now i'm back to being a dvd addict (oh, add my new leisure time 'buddy',tetris! but that's another story). watched ocean's 13 but unfortunately the copy is terribly dark and blurred and the sound's poor as well so didn't really understand the story much... good thing, my simpsons is clear. i finished the whole season 18(?) with 21 episodes in one go...make that two, actually! i can never get enough of my favourite cartoons. and it gave my lonely self some company. might check for another simpsons dvd before i head for home later...

oohhh, i just got copies of blaze of glory and doraemon (another animation. from japan.)

i love watching movies. i especially love funny, light and sometimes cheesy movies. i like thrillers, too. i don't really watch them to make a review or something, but i just want to feel good especially when im idling by myself at home.

so, no to scary movies please... well, if i have someone to cuddle with while watching, i might be able to 'appreciate' and thank the movie. (wink, wink)

new watch

seen this watch 2 weeks ago but i really hesitated to get it... after debating with myself and asking someone to give me the green light, i got it yesterday!

still sick

argh.... i hate the weather...i'm still sick...well, i still got colds and i'm a little feverish

i'm running out of kleenex and i have no choice but to run to the closest chemist here. and i'm feeling such a lazyhead right now.

time check: three hours before going home... might catch a motorcycle going back because i am really not in the mood to sit in traffic for more than 20 minutes (i live really close from the office but afternoon rush hours are such a pain)... besides i still have to do my laundry for the week (hihi!) which i have postponed on the weekend. (i blame the rain really! mr. sun cannot be found the past two days)

im-patient me hollers (in my mind...only!) ... i wanna go home!
