work

im enjoying my work... i'm close to my dream job... that is to be involved with travel documentaries... now, im in a publishing house and we do travel and business magazines and i get to write and of course TRAVEL! not only THAT... i am involved with PR, too, so i attend functions and meet up with clients, mostly expats (like moi).

i am still in contact with my peers and immediate bosses in my previous work and i was just told by my assistant manager that i can always go back if i want to... though flattering i can still go back and visit but not work there...

reality check...gotta go back to my work... ta!

Of changes...

Yes, two years have passed and yes! My life has considerably changed…

a. career change- from an insurance after-sales slave to a magician (asst.editor/writer/consultant/English grammar and spelling guru)

b. company shifts- from life insurance to lifestyle magazines

c. location movements- from Pasig and Makati to Bangkok

d. food cravings- from pad thai and fish and chips to sisig and pancit and Chickenjoy (or is it the other way around?!)

e. of accents and language- from a heavy down-under accent to a terrible “Thai” lexicon

I remain to be the simple (erhm…), naïve (eyebrows raising…) girl (??!) still full of hopes and dreams. I have found my one, true happiness, thanks to my best friend, my soulmate, my partner and my baby. I have been and will always be goo-goo eyes in love with YOU!

-forgotten how it is uber fun to write my 'little' stories...

anyway, im back with a vengeance! (i hope...)
